Richard A. Kenley, Ph.D.

Richard A. Kenley, Ph.D. is Chief Operating Officer of Anaborex, Inc., which is developing new therapies for metabolic disease. He received a Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego. Prior to his present position he was President Pharmaceutical Development at Cardinal Health, an outsource provider of pharmaceutical development services. Prior assignments included pharmaceutical development responsibilities at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Genetics Institute, Baxter Healthcare Parenterals Division, and Syntex Research. Dr. Kenley has three patents and over 50 research publications, is a Fellow of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, and serves on the Editorial Board of AAPS PharmSciTech.
