About AAPS PharmSciTech

AAPS PharmSciTech is the newest online-only journal published and owned by the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS). The journal covers the basic and applied research on pharmaceutical dosage forms, both traditional and novel, including the emerging area of biopharmaceuticals.

The goal of: AAPS PharmSciTech is to disseminate scientific and technical information on drug product design, development, evaluation and processing worldwide, taking full advantage of web publishing; this includes the publication of articles with multimedia features, such as 3D graphics, video, interactive figures and databases and sound.

The editor-in-chief for the new journal is Dr. Lee E. Kirsch, Professor of Pharmacy at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy.
